These terms govern your use of LabelStamps (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

We let you purchase prepaid shipping labels for domestic US shipments. Labels are issued by our postage provider and are subject to the carrier’s rules, including weight, size and content restrictions.

2. Your account & balance

You fund your account by depositing cryptocurrency through our payment processor. Deposits are converted to a US-dollar balance at the rate shown at checkout. Balances are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the service.

3. Label purchases are final

The price of a label is deducted from your balance when you buy it. All label purchases are final: labels cannot be cancelled, voided or refunded once created, including labels that go unused. If our provider fails to issue a label, you are not charged for it.

4. Accurate information

You are responsible for the accuracy of addresses, weights and dimensions. Carriers may charge adjustments for under-declared weight or size, which we may pass on to you.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to ship prohibited or hazardous items, to commit fraud, to launder money, or to violate any law or carrier policy. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss or damage in transit. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected label.
