What we collect

Your name, email address and (optionally) company and phone number; the sender and recipient addresses and package details you enter to create labels; deposit records from our payment processor; and basic technical data such as IP address and sign-in times for security.

How we use it

To create and deliver your shipping labels, operate your balance, prevent fraud and abuse, and contact you about your account. We share label data only with our postage provider and carriers as needed to issue and deliver your shipments, and payment data with our crypto payment processor.

Retention

We keep label and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting and legal obligations.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected, and label PDFs are stored privately and only served to the account that created them.

You can update your profile at any time. To request deletion of your account, email support@labelstamps.com.
